In some cases, we ask you to send us your database, to try and duplicate the problem. In those cases, we will attempt to have the updated file on this Web Site ready for download within the hour.
Almost all calls from customers for help are related to the workings of the Microsoft Windows operating system and have little do do with our applications.
We will try and help you as much as we can, but Microsoft Corp. is ultimately responsible for that support.
