Managers can quickly edit time clock reports as well as preview and edit before printing. Based on the customer - friendly drop down menus, managers move from function to function using the mouse.

As with any database program, it is recommended that you compact and backup your database on a regular basis. Backup your information by saving a copy of the Picture Timeclock directory located in your Program Files to any media.

If you wish to use the photo feature you will need a VideoCam.

This VideoCam should be placed about 3 meters to 10 feet from the workstation.
