Suggestions, and Ideas fo the next revision of Scheduling Employees 4.5 Or Later Versions Of Scheduling Employees
Dear Sir or Madam,

I like the scheduling employees program a lot. I am e-mailing you to suggest some additions to this program.

Below are the features that i would like to see added;

1. the option for workload forcasting for each week.
2. The option for color coded availability in the main editor i.e red for unavailable green for available, etcetra
3. The option to schedule employees for three weeks tona month at a time in the individual employee schedule editor window
4. The option for a schedule table view to see employee schedules for an entire week at one glance.
5. the ability to schedule up to five breaks fo employees in a shift.
6.  addition of a couple reports; 1. A daily schedule worksheet in tabular format displaying the employees for a daily shift, their assignment, A couple of fields to record their actual in and out times for attendance and the times that they can take 15 minute breaks, and their 30 or 60 minute lunch beak, and 2. A seven day employee schedule report also in tabular format displaying the assignment on the left hand side and the employees assigned to that position or assignment under the day.
7. The option for color coded shifts
8. finally the option for color coded availability in the availability portion of the employee record.

Thank You For your consideration,

Peter

Peter:

Thank you for your suggestions.  They are all very well thought out and we will see what we can do about implementing some of these in a later version of the application.   Please feel free to make other enhancement suggestions in the future.   All constructive suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
